When I began to compete in martial arts

I was humbled particularly by the diversity of athletic capabilities my competitors and training partners possessed and I desired to continually improve and diversify my own abilities. This form of exercise is a totally unique thing for my body and i love it.

Alan, Professional Fighter

My posture improved dramatically. Hypopressives are my “core” training supplement. For me, hypopressives have been just as effective (and much more enjoyable) than any other exercise I

have tried in the past to target the core. I feel taller, more centred and more energized after a session. I have Trista to thank for helping me to perfect my technique, to focus my practice and to keep me motivated. It is a life-changer!

Wendy, Runner

I thought I had the art of breathing

mastered when it came to using it for

sympathetic and parasympathetic

manipulation. I quickly found out that this technique was something entirely different and had nuances that professionals from all walks could use and have great success with using it as a stand alone approach.

Nicholas Z, Boxer

“I was an involved in competitive short track speed skating between the ages of 4 and 18. I attended nationals for four years, and the Canada

winter games. The high intensity and repetitive

training from speed skating, left me with muscle

imbalances. I ran regularly before injuring my back. Despite my efforts with physio and massage therapy I was not able to return to running until I started these breath works!

Caroline Quinn, Speed Skating

“This measurement of highest oxygen consumption, called VO2 max, is the best gauge of cardiorespiratory fitness. Training the body with breath works to breathe less actually increases VO2 max, which happens at high altitude leading to impoved athletic stamina & longer, healthier lives.
